La Aldehuela makes the water tax final with a 30-euro fee

The City Council of La Aldehuela has made final the modification of the Regulatory Ordinance of the Water Supply Tax, as no claims were filed against the provisional agreement adopted in the Ordinary Session of July 17, 2026. The new tariff sets the annual fixed service fee per connection with a meter at 30 euros, a measure that affects all subscribers in the municipality.

The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila, number 179, dated September 16, 2026, under file number 1842/26, in compliance with article 17.4 of the Recast Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5.

Scope of the modification

The modification affects only the tariff section of the ordinance, specifically article 3, first, which sets the service fee. The rest of the articles remain unchanged, as expressly indicated in the official announcement.

Appeals against the agreement

Against the final agreement, in accordance with article 19 of the Recast Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, interested parties may file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Castilla y León.
