The Canarian Tax Agency has published the final list, in order of score, of the individuals selected for entry into the Tax Management Scale of the Administration Management Body (Group A, Subgroup A2), and offers them the available job positions. The resolution, signed on September 2, 2026, by the President of the organization, appears in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands (Boletín Oficial de Canarias) no. 184, of September 14, 2026, pages 34532 to 34537.

The allocation of destinations will be carried out according to the request of each candidate, based on the total score obtained and subject to Law 2/1987, of March 30, of the Canarian Public Service. The location of the positions has been determined in accordance with Law 2/2025, of June 26, on urgent measures for the reduction of temporary employment and the quality of public employment.
Twenty-day deadline for documentation and preferences
Selected candidates have a period of twenty business days from the day following the publication of the resolution to submit, via the electronic registry of the Canary Islands Tax Agency, the responsible declaration stating that they continue to meet the required criteria, as well as to express their preference among the offered positions. Those who do not submit the documentation within the deadline, except in cases of force majeure, may not be appointed as career civil servants and shall forfeit their right.
Against the resolution, which concludes the administrative process, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Court or before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Canary Islands, depending on the jurisdiction, as well as an optional appeal for reversal within one month. The resolution is signed by the Director, Raquel Peligro Molina, in the exercise of delegated powers.
The publication closes a selection process initiated in 2025 and allows for the renewal of the regional tax workforce with career civil servants, a significant step both for the candidates who are now beginning their professional journey and for the management of ceded taxes in the Canary Islands.
