The Provincial Energy Agency approves its 2026 Public Employment Offer

The Presidency of the Provincial Energy Agency of Córdoba, a body dependent on the Provincial Council of Córdoba, has approved its 2026 Public Employment Offer with a total of 4 positions, all via open competition. The decision was adopted through Resolution 2026/00000162, dated September 3, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, number 176, dated September 11, 2026, in the Other Entities section (reference BOP-A-2026-3073).

The call, signed on September 7, 2026, by the president of the agency, Tatiana Pozo Romero, is part of the policy to reinforce the staff of the provincial agency dedicated to the energy transition. The agreement will be sent to the General State Administration and the Regional Government of Andalusia, and will also be published on the agency’s electronic headquarters, in its Transparency Portal.

The announced positions

The offer includes four positions distributed across two classification groups, all of them via the open access system:

• Technician (group A2), responsible for renewable energies and green transition — 1 position.
• Technician (group A2), responsible for energy saving and efficiency — 1 position.
• Technician (group A2), financial and accounting manager — 1 position.
• Administrative Assistant (group C2), administration manager — 1 position.

For the group A2 positions, a Degree, Diploma, Technical Engineering or equivalent qualification is required; for the assistant position, Vocational Training (FPI), Basic High School (Bachiller elemental), School Graduate or equivalent.

Appeals against the agreement

The agreement concludes the administrative process, as provided for in Article 52 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime. The following appeals may be filed against it:

• Appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición), optional, within one month from the day following publication, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Córdoba, within two months, according to Article 46.1 of Law 29/1998, of July 13.

In the event that an appeal for reversal is filed, the contentious route cannot be pursued until the former is expressly resolved or its presumed dismissal occurs.

An opportunity for graduates

The offer represents a direct employment opportunity for university graduates and technicians in the field of renewable energies and energy efficiency, as well as for administrative personnel with basic training. Since these are open competition positions, access is open to anyone who meets the qualification requirements, without the need for prior links to the administration.

The publication of the call for applications in the official bulletin opens the period for interested parties to review the guidelines and submit their applications, within a context in which the provincial agency reinforces its role in the green transition of the province of Córdoba.
