The Andalusian Energy Agency publishes the energy grants awarded
Por FactBox Admin

The General Management of the Andalusian Energy Agency has made public, through three resolutions dated October 22, 2026, the lists of grants awarded under the calls for applications cited in each of them. The announcements appear in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia (BOJA) no. 208, of October 27, 2026, under text numbers 14079, 14080, and 14081. The publication allows companies, city councils, and individuals to find out which energy projects have already received aid and the official reference number for each file.
The three resolutions follow the same administrative model: the head of the General Management of the agency attached to the Ministry of University, Industry, Energy, and Innovation orders the publication of the list of resolved grants, so that beneficiaries and amounts are accessible in the autonomous community’s official gazette. The act is limited to the publicity of grants already adopted: it does not open new deadlines nor modify ongoing calls.
Three publications, two locations in the gazette
The resolutions are not grouped in the same section of the summary, a relevant detail for those tracking the distribution of funds:
- 14079, resolution of October 22, 2026, spanning 7 pages, published in section 3, “Other provisions.”
- 14080, resolution of the same date, 3 pages, also in section 3, “Other provisions.”
- 14081, resolution also of October 22, 2026, 3 pages, in section 5.2, “Other official announcements.”
In total, 13 pages of grant lists that complete, in a single day, the publicity of three different blocks of energy aid.
The framework: incentives for the efficient use of energy
The calls for applications to which these grants respond are based on the framework of regulatory bases approved by the Government for the efficient use of energy and renewable energies. The two reference regulations are:
- The Order of April 24, 2025, from the Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Mines, which approved the regulatory bases for incentives for the efficient use of energy in Andalusia (BOJA no. 81, of April 30, 2025), with four action programs, including Program 2, “Business sector and agri-food chain,” endowed with a maximum credit of 72,783,790 euros.
- The Order of March 13, 2025, which approved the integrated competitiveness and energy incentives for industrial value chains, sustainable mining, and productive spaces, whose Program 3 includes Line 2 for the efficient use of energy, with a maximum credit of 55,506,210 euros.
In the case of Line 2, the call further stipulates that the credits associated with the intervention areas of the Andalucía FEDER Program 2021-2027 shall be allocated up to a maximum of 35% to companies with the status of large enterprise.
One month earlier: suspensions due to exhaustion of credit
The publication of these lists comes less than a month after the agency itself partially closed the tap. In BOJA no. 192, of October 2, 2026, resolutions dated September 28, 2026, were published suspending calls due to a lack of budgetary availability:
- Suspension of the call for Program 2, “Business Sector and Agri-food Chain,” of the Order of April 24, 2025, after the maximum credit for certain intervention fields was exhausted.
- Suspension of the call for Line 2 of Program 3, “Industrial Value Chains, Sustainable Mining and Productive Spaces in Andalusia,” of the Order of March 13, 2025, for the same reason.
Both resolutions left open the possibility of updating the maximum credit through the incorporation of new funds or the redistribution of available items, a route that the Andalusian Executive can activate with a new resolution published in the bulletin.
Why it matters
The interest of these three publications is twofold. For the beneficiaries, appearing in the BOJA consolidates the official publicity of the grant and facilitates accreditation before third parties; for the remaining applicants—companies and city councils competing for the same funds—the lists allow them to verify how much credit has been committed and for what type of actions. The distribution of Andalusian energy incentives is thus documented in the official journal within a context of strained credit, with calls already suspended due to budgetary exhaustion.
