ADER publishes 412,630 euros in grants for nine Riojan companies

The Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (ADER) has made public the grants awarded in 2026 for amounts equal to or greater than 3,000 euros, totaling 412,630.39 euros and reaching nine beneficiaries, including companies and one self-employed worker. The resolution was signed on September 22, 2026, by the president of the organization, Belinda León Fernández, and is published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 188, of September 30, 2026, with official reference BOR-A-20260930-III–3674 and file 202609280124668.

The publication is supported by article 18.1 of the General Grants Law 38/2003, of November 17, and article 183 of the Public Finance Law of La Rioja 11/2013, of October 21, in addition to the regulatory bases for granting subsidies of ADER. The calls for the fiscal year derive from the Resolution of April 9, 2026 (Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 70, of April 15, 2026) and the Resolution of April 22, 2026 (Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 77, of April 24, 2026).

New technology-based companies

The first block corresponds to the call for the promotion of New Technology-Based Companies, within the framework of the Territorial Networks of Technological Specialization Program (RETECH) and the TechFabLab project, under a direct award regime. Its purpose is to promote business initiatives linked to essential enabling technologies, within the program for the startup and consolidation of technology-based companies, charged to budget credit 19.50.4611.772.01.

The five beneficiaries and their amounts are:

• RR RR Relay Race Investments, S.L. (NIF B75356089): 57,341.04 euros.
• Inmonetiza, S.L. (NIF B24911851): 37,268.39 euros.
• Solver Key Iberia, S.L. (NIF B05469069): 68,441.92 euros.
• Brandcode, S.L. (NIF B56832074): 64,538.51 euros.
• Campapp Software de Gestión de Campamentos, S.L. (NIF B56722929): 57,379.53 euros.

This section concentrates 284,969.39 euros, the majority of the published total.

Industrial land and competitiveness

The second block includes the call intended for the acquisition of industrial land and investment projects for the improvement of competitiveness, subject to the de minimis regime and also under direct award. It seeks to incentivize the purchase of land in industrial estates, the rehabilitation, improvement, and modernization of industrial spaces, and investment in fixed assets, charged to program 19.50.4211.771.00.

The four beneficiaries are:

• Buda, Dana María: 5,141.00 euros.
• Contenedores Calvo Vargas, S.L. (NIF B26176354): 12,900.00 euros.
• Transportes Hnos. Lumbreras Manzanos, S.L. (NIF B26190686): 12,800.00 euros.
• Izco y Galván Asesores, S.L. (NIF B26475541): 96,820.00 euros.

Together, this line totals 127,661.00 euros, with Izco y Galván Asesores, S.L. as the main recipient.

Advertising and transparency

The resolution establishes that grants of less than 3,000 euros are not detailed in the annex and are disseminated through the virtual notice board of the Government of La Rioja. All information, including the published amounts, is incorporated into the National Grants Database and the Transparency Portal of the Government of La Rioja, so that any interested party can consult the beneficiary, amount, and budgetary program.

The announcement comes in the middle of the ADER call cycle for 2026, after the organization published other lines of training grants for internships in internationalization and product design in September, with credits of 262,520 and 100,000 euros respectively and an application deadline until October 16, 2026.

For Riojan companies and freelancers, the publication confirms which projects have obtained financial support in the technological base and industrial investment lines, and serves as a reference regarding the amounts effectively granted for future ADER calls.
