The Sant Miquel urbanisation will be remodelled with a budget of 1.6 million.

The Mont-roig del Camp City Council has initially approved the executive project for the remodeling of the Sant Miquel housing development, with a tender budget of €1,636,008.25 (VAT included). The notice is published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Catalonia (DOGC) No. 9729, of August 13, 2026, with reference CVE-DOGC-A-26218094-2026, and opens a period of 30 business days to submit objections.

The decision was formalized through Mayoral Decree No. 2026-4428, of August 1, 2026, which initially approves the executive project for the remodeling of the Sant Miquel housing development, corresponding to file 9462/2026. The notice, signed by Mayor Fran Morancho López on August 3, is processed in accordance with Article 235.2 of Legislative Decree 2/2003, which approves the consolidated text of the Municipal and Local Regime Law of Catalonia, and with Article 37 of Decree 179/1995, which approves the Regulation of works, activities and services of local entities.

An investment of €1.6 million

The project, which is the largest of those announced this day in the gazette, presents the following key data:

• Tender budget: €1,636,008.25 (VAT included).
• Contract execution budget: €1,352,072.93 (VAT excluded).

• Approving body: Mayoralty of the Mont-roig del Camp City Council.

Public exhibition for 30 business days

The project is on display at the Mont-roig del Camp City Council so that any objections deemed appropriate may be submitted. The 30-business-day period begins to count from the day following publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona or in the DOGC, taking the latest of these publications as reference. Salou also remodels streets for €1.2 million

The same edition of the DOGC publishes the notice from the Salou City Council regarding the final approval of the project for ordinary works to remodel public thoroughfares on various streets in the municipality for the year 2026 (CVE-DOGC-A-26218050-2026). Initially approved by Decree No. DEC/3147/2026, of June 11, by the delegated councillor of the Sub-area of Control of Concessions and Contracts, the project has been definitively approved since no objections or claims were submitted during the process. • Planned execution period: 10 months.
