Lújar awards the municipal taxi license to Transferperez SL

The Lújar City Council has definitively awarded the concession of a municipal taxi license within the municipal district to Transferperez SL, the applicant who obtained the highest score in the competitive bidding process. The decision is contained in the Mayor’s Resolution dated 09/28/2026, issued in the corresponding administrative file, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada No. 200, dated October 15, 2026, within the Local Administration section (official reference BOP-GRA-2026-200015). The successful bidder must now complete the required documentation within a non-extendable period of ten business days.

Definitive award following the competition

The resolution concludes the competitive bidding procedure opened by the Council to fill the municipality’s taxi license. Appeal for Reversal (Recurso de Reposición) before the Mayor’s Office, on an optional basis, within a period of one month.
Contentious-Administrative Appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Granada, directly, within a period of two months.
