Verified requirements and payment method

The competent services of the General Directorate of Housing and Architecture issued a favorable report on the fifth group of files dated October 6, 2026, certifying that the applicants meet all the requirements of the call and have provided the responsible declaration of being up to date with state and autonomous tax obligations and with Social Security.

The payment of the grant has been justified with rent receipts paid by transfer, direct debit, or deposit through a financial or credit institution, between January 1 and December 31, 2025. Payment will be made through the Nominillas3 system and the resolution will be published on the website of the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture (habitatge.caib.es) and in the BOIB.

The annex of the resolution contains the complete list of files, which begins with the beneficiary with DNI 00359074K, file HAB25-6109/2025, with an aid of 2,700.00 euros, and ends with the beneficiary with NIE Z1782927H, file HAB25-2221/2025-2, with 1,125.00 euros. Appeals and effects

The resolution exhausts the administrative route. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed against it before the Minister of Housing, Territory and Mobility within one month from the day following its publication, or directly a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands within two months.

For the tenants and landlords awaiting the funds, the publication of this fifth grant represents the effective collection of the amounts already justified until December 2025, charged to the 2026 budget. With the five rounds closed, the 2025 call is practically resolved and leaves the way open for the management of the following call.
