L'Aleixar submits the access works to the sports facilities for public consultation

The Aleixar City Council has initially approved the basic and executive project for the reorganization of the accesses to the multi-sports court, the sports hall, and the municipal swimming pools, with a total contract budget of 185,504.44 euros (VAT included). The mayoral resolution is dated September 30, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona on October 1, 2026, with the official reference CVE 2026-09067. The project is now subject to public consultation for thirty business days so that interested parties may submit objections.

The project is titled “Pujada de l'1 d’Octubre. Reorganization of the accesses to the multi-sports court, sports hall, and municipal swimming pools of l’Aleixar”. The drafting was carried out by the Urban Research Center of El Camp (CRUC), of the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the Rovira i Virgili University Foundation, under the direction of Dr. Josep Maria Toldrà Domingo.

The initial approval corresponds to the Mayoral Resolution of September 30, 2026, electronically signed by the mayor Josep Biosca Sardà. The administrative act opens the procedure prior to the contracting of the works, which affect the accesses to the main sports and leisure facilities of the municipality.

The budget is divided into two execution phases:

• Total contract budget: 185,504.44 € (VAT included).
• Phase 1: 92,914.13 € (VAT included).
• Phase 2: 92,590.31 € (VAT included).

The division into two phases allows for the staggering of the municipal investment, which is below 200,000 euros and is entirely destined for the improvement of the accesses and the road connection to the facilities.

Public consultation process

Through the announcement, the project is submitted for public consultation for a period of thirty business days, counted from the day after the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona. During this period, interested parties may examine the documentation and submit, if applicable, any objections they deem relevant.

The project can be consulted at the municipal offices during public opening hours.
