Kolding court seeks three-year bankruptcy ban for Alma-Multiservice director
Por FactBox Admin

The trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Alma-Multiservice ApS has filed a process writ asking the Kolding Court to impose a three-year bankruptcy disqualification on director Andrei-Septimiu Iordache, under section 158 of the Danish Bankruptcy Act. The summons was published in Statstidende on 3 September 2026, and the case is being served publicly because the defendant resides abroad, where personal service proved impossible.
The writ was filed by Advokat Michael E. Hansen, acting as trustee (kurator) of the estate. The defendant’s last known address is Vestergade 29, st tv, 6580 Vamdrup, Denmark, but the court has been unable to serve the process writ at that address, which is why it is now being served by public notice.
The claim and the legal basis
The trustee’s claim rests on the bankruptcy disqualification regime of the Danish Bankruptcy Act, which allows a court to bar a person from founding or managing a company for a set period where the conduct of the estate warrants it.
- The trustee seeks a three-year disqualification under section 158 of the Bankruptcy Act.
- The defendant is Andrei-Septimiu Iordache, former director of Alma-Multiservice ApS.
- The case is handled on the courts’ digital portal minretssag.dk, where parties log in with MitId to view the writ and case documents.
Deadlines and how to respond
The court calls on the defendant to submit a statement of defence (svarskrift) within four weeks of the publication of the notice in Statstidende. The statement must be uploaded to the case portal.
- If the defendant contests the claim, he must state within the same deadline whether he wishes an oral hearing.
- If no oral hearing is requested, the case will be decided on a written basis under section 162(1) of the Bankruptcy Act.
- The defendant is also asked to state whether he wishes a lawyer to be appointed; if a disqualification is imposed, he bears the lawyer’s costs himself.
- If no statement of defence is filed, the court may decide the case on the existing material.
Public service and next steps
Because the defendant is believed to be abroad and service at his last known Danish address was not possible, the process writ is being served by public notice in Statstidende. The notice is dated 1 September 2026 and issued by the Kolding Court.
The outcome matters for creditors and the wider business community: a bankruptcy disqualification would bar Iordache from founding or managing companies in Denmark for three years, reinforcing the accountability of directors in insolvency proceedings. The public-service route also ensures that the case can proceed even when a defendant cannot be reached at a Danish address.
