KAB/Lejerbo liquidates three bond departments as creditors get three months
Por FactBox Admin

The general meeting of Kapitalforeningen KAB/Lejerbo Invest decided on 15 October 2026 to liquidate its three bond departments Obligationer 1 Lejerbo, Obligationer 3 Lejerbo and Obligationer 4 Lejerbo, and every creditor with a claim against those departments must notify the liquidator within three months. The decision was published in Statstidende on 16 October 2026 in the section “Forskellige kundgørelser · Likvidation og tvangsopløsning” (official reference S09102026-287).
Three departments under one umbrella fund
The three departments are not separate legal entities but compartments of a single umbrella, Kapitalforeningen KAB/Lejerbo Invest, registered under CVR number 24204154 and domiciled c/o Wealth Fund Partners A/S, Bernstorffsgade 50, 1577 København V. Each compartment carries its own SE registration number, which is the identifier bondholders and other counterparties will need when filing:
- Obligationer 1 Lejerbo — SE number 30118995
- Obligationer 3 Lejerbo — SE number 31032318
- Obligationer 4 Lejerbo — SE number 31032261
The notice covers only these three compartments. No fourth bond department is named in the announcement, and the text gives no figure for the assets under management in each department or for the number of bondholders affected.
Legal basis and appointed liquidator
The winding-up is carried out under chapter 23, section 140, of the Danish act on managers of alternative investment funds etc. (lov om forvaltere af alternativeinvesteringsfonde mv.), the provision that governs the liquidation of a fund’s compartments once the general meeting has resolved to dissolve them. The announcement was signed in Copenhagen on 15 October 2026, the same day as the general meeting.
The liquidator appointed is Louise Studstrup Muurholm, a lawyer at Asset Law Advokatanpartsselskab, with an office at Tuborgvej 1, 2900 Hellerup. All correspondence and claims in the case are to be directed to her in that capacity, not to the fund’s own address.
Three-month deadline for claims
The practical consequence for anyone holding a claim against the three departments is a hard cut-off:
- Claims must be filed within three months counted from the date of the Statstidende announcement of 16 October 2026.
- Filing is made to the liquidator, Louise Studstrup Muurholm at Asset Law Advokatanpartsselskab, Tuborgvej 1, 2900 Hellerup.
- The notice covers “fordringer eller krav” — both ordinary debts and other claims — against the departments named above.
Claims that are not registered within that window are not covered by the notice’s invitation, and the announcement sets no alternative procedure for late submissions.
Why the notice matters
For bondholders in Obligationer 1 Lejerbo, Obligationer 3 Lejerbo and Obligationer 4 Lejerbo, the publication marks the point at which the compartments move from normal operation into liquidation, with a fixed three-month period to secure their position in the estate. The announcement is the only formal channel through which the liquidator has invited claims, so the date of the Statstidende notice — 16 October 2026 — is the reference point for calculating the deadline. Creditors who miss it risk being left outside the distribution of the departments’ remaining assets.
