San Javier Court auctions concessions of the Villa Alegre Solar Park

The San Javier Court of First Instance (Juzgado de Letras de San Javier) has decreed the judicial auction of the mining concessions of the company Parque Solar Villa Alegre SpA, at the request of the General Treasury of the Republic (TGR), due to unpaid patent debts. The decision is recorded in case file C-457-2026, published in the Official Mining Bulletin number 44,538, dated August 31, 2026, with verification code CVE 2849796.

The auction will be held on October 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM, via online videoconference, following a motion for reconsideration that corrected the date initially set for September 10. The procedure is processed in accordance with Article 147 of Law No. 18,428 (Mining Code) and Article 181 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The Asset Under Auction

The auction pertains to two exploration and exploitation mining concessions located in the commune of Villa Alegre, belonging to Parque Solar Villa Alegre SpA, included in the lists of concessions with unpaid patents from the Provincial Treasury of Linares:

• Villa Alegre II 2 (national role 073090016-3), with an amount owed of $429,036 (6 UTM).
• Villa Alegre 1 1/20 (national role 073090003-1), with an amount owed of $715,060 (10 UTM).

Both concessions are listed for the 2026 period (03/01/2026–02/28/2027), with debts issued by the TGR and certified by the acting provincial treasurer of Linares, Esteban Chinchón Barrera.

Auction Conditions

The court, presided over by judges María Carolina Aliaga Navarro and Francisco Ignacio Madrid Alarcón, established a fully online procedure, in accordance with Act 13-2021 of the Honorable Supreme Court:

• Bidders must have an active State Unique Key (Clave Única del Estado) to sign the auction record.
• The auction will be conducted via videoconference on the Zoom platform, with connection required at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The guarantee must be deposited into the court’s current account No. 43700028292, at least 48 hours in advance, sending the receipt to jl_sanjavier_remates@pjud.cl.
• The deposited amount will be returned to the non-winning bidder within 6 banking business days via a nominative check.
• The proceeding will be recorded in its entirety, and the record will be signed with an advanced electronic signature.
