Public justice: admitted candidates and examination centers for the judicial competitive exams

The Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts has approved the final list of persons admitted and excluded from the selective processes for entry, via the general open access system, into the Corps of Procedural and Administrative Management, Procedural and Administrative Processing, and Judicial Assistance of the Administration of Justice. The resolution, adopted by Order PJC/937/2026, of August 28, is published in the Official State Gazette number 221, of September 7, 2026, and summons the candidates to the first exercise on October 3, 2026.

The order resolves the allegations presented against the provisional lists and complies with base 5.10 of the call, approved by Order PJC/1549/2025, of December 22, published in the BOE of December 30, 2025. The document, with reference BOE-A-2026-18721, affects thousands of candidates opting for positions in the three corps of the Administration of Justice.

Final lists and causes for exclusion

The resolution approves and publishes the final lists of admitted and excluded candidates for each of the three corps, indicating the causes for exclusion.

• Annex I: final list of excluded persons from the Corps of Procedural and Administrative Management.
• Annex II: final list of excluded persons from the Corps of Procedural and Administrative Processing.
• Annex III: final list of excluded persons from the Corps of Judicial Assistance.
• Annex IV: causes for exclusion applied to the candidates.

The complete certified lists are available to the public on the Ministry’s website (www.mjusticia.gob.es/es/ciudadania/empleo-publico). Inclusion in the list of admitted persons, both in the general shift and in the reserve shift for persons with disabilities, does not constitute recognition that the candidates meet the required requirements, the accreditation of which will be verified before appointment, in accordance with article 23 of Royal Decree 1451/2005, of December 7, and the ninth base of the call.

Examination centers and first exercise

The first exercise will take place on October 3, 2026, in a single call, at 9:00 AM (8:00 AM in the Canary Islands). The examination centers are published in annexes V, VI, and VII, corresponding to the Management, Processing, and Assistance processes, respectively.

Candidates who do not appear on the final list of admitted persons and have challenged or intend to challenge the resolution may perform the exercise conditionally by attending the incident room of the indicated examination center. They will be excluded from the process in case of non-appearance, and the result of the exercise will be conditional upon the express granting of their claim.

Appeals against the resolution

The order, which exhausts administrative remedies, may be appealed through two channels:

• Optional appeal for reversal (recurso potestativo de reposición), before the Ministry itself, within one month, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
• Contentious-administrative appeal, before the Contentious-Administrative Sections of the Central Court of First Instance, within two months, in accordance with Law 29/1998, of July 13.

In both cases, the period shall be counted from the day following the publication in the BOE. The order is signed, by delegation of the Minister (Order PJC/1062/2024, of October 3), by the Director General for the Efficiency of the Public Justice Service, Verónica Ollé Sesé.

The publication of these definitive lists and the examination centers marks the final stretch of a selection process that mobilizes thousands of candidates across Spain, with the first exercise scheduled for the coming October 3. Candidates must check their status in the published lists and the assigned center, as well as remain attentive to the Ministry’s instructions for the conduct of the test.
