Justice tenders modernization of the Data Center with BCIE funds

The Ministry of Justice of the Argentine Republic has called for International Public Tender 01/2026 for the “Modernization of the Computing, Processing, Safeguarding, and Recovery Infrastructure of the Ministry of Justice Data Center,” in a single stage and a single envelope. The call was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on August 19, 2026, third section, and bids will be received until October 05, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.

The process is partially funded by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), within the framework of the “Program to strengthen protection actions against gender-based violence” (CABEI No. 2280). The executing and purchasing agency is the Ministry of Justice, acting through the Directorate of Sectoral and Special Programs and Projects (DIPROSE), which reports to the Undersecretariat of Administrative Management (SSGA).

Object and scope of the procurement

The central objective is to modernize the agency’s technological infrastructure and ensure operational continuity, as well as the safeguarding of systems and data. The goal is a scalable, secure, and resilient architecture capable of meeting current and future operational needs through the incorporation of new services, cutting-edge technologies, and equipment from world-renowned top-tier brands.

The selection of the provider will be carried out through international competition, in accordance with the CABEI procedures established in its Policy for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services, and Consultancies with CABEI Resources and its Implementation Rules.
