Board awards Agricultural Coordination position in Córdoba by free appointment

The Andalusian Agricultural and Fisheries Management Agency, attached to the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, has awarded, by free designation, the position of Provincial Coordination in Córdoba to José Carlos Cruz Gómez. The resolution was issued on 12 August 2026 and is published in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) number 159, of 18 August 2026, on pages 11129/1 and 11129/2, within section 2 —Authorities and staff—, subsection 2.1 —Appointments, situations and incidents—.

Legal basis for the award

The decision is based on Articles 124 and 128 of Law 5/2023, of 7 June, on the Civil Service of Andalusia, and on Article 82 of Decree 51/2025, of 24 February, which regulates the planning and organisation of public employment, entry, internal promotion and the provision of posts for staff of the General Administration of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA No. 40, of 27 February). Likewise, the resolution is issued in exercise of the competence delegated by means of the Order of 27 September 2022 to the head of the Deputy Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, published in BOJA No. 191, of 4 October 2022.

The position awarded had previously been announced by Resolution of 16 June 2026 of the Andalusian Agricultural and Fisheries Management Agency itself, published in BOJA No. 122, of 26 June 2026.

The resolution establishes that taking up the post must be carried out within the time limits provided for in Article 74 of the aforementioned Decree 51/2025, and the corresponding documentation must be sent to the General Personnel Register for registration.

Against the act, which ends the administrative route, two avenues of appeal are available:

• Optional appeal for reconsideration before the same body, within one month from notification or publication.
• Administrative contentious appeal before the competent courts, within two months from publication.
