Juan Manuel Flores Moro, new head of the Social Action Service in Córdoba

The Vice-Ministry of Social Services, Families and Equality of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Junta de Andalucía) has awarded the discretionary appointment position of Social Action and Insertion Service (code 21586610), attached to the Territorial Delegation of Córdoba, to the civil servant Juan Manuel Flores Moro. This is established by the Resolution of August 18, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) number 167, of August 28, 2026, page 11195.

The position, which manages benefits and social insertion programs, was called for by the Resolution of the Vice-Ministry of July 20, 2026 (BOJA no. 143, of July 27, 2026). The resolution, signed by Vice-Minister José Repiso Torres, exhausts the administrative route.

Appeals and Deadlines

Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months from the day following publication before the competent Contentious-Administrative Court, pursuant to articles 8.2.a), 14, and 46.1 of Law 29/1998, of July 13. Optionally, a request for reversal (recurso de reposición) may be presented to the signing body within one month, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure.
