Jones Lang LaSalle establishes a securities agency in Madrid

The real estate and financial consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle has taken a step in the Spanish securities market with the establishment of Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance Spain A.V. SA, a new securities agency headquartered at Paseo de la Castellana 79, Madrid. The act is registered in the First Section of the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry number 165, dated August 27, 2026, page 41470, under the reference BORME-A-2026-165-28.
A securities company under the LMV
The new entity’s corporate purpose is the provision of all investment and auxiliary services contemplated in article 128.1.b) of the Securities Market Law (LMV), or in the legal provisions that may replace them in the future. It is a sole proprietorship, whose sole shareholder is Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance Limited, the group’s subsidiary dedicated to investment banking and corporate financial advisory.
The registration data for the incorporation are as follows:
- Subscribed capital: 100,000.00 euros.
- Paid-up capital: 100,000.00 euros.
- Registered office: Paseo de la Castellana 79, Madrid.
- Registration data: S 8, H M 895351, I/A 1 (20.08.26).
Board of Directors
In the same act of incorporation, the company’s first board of directors was appointed, consisting of three directors:
- Jaime Riera Mancha, director.
- Jorge Miguel Simón Rivera, director.
- Johannes Alfred Gruss, director.
Subsequently, in registration 2 (I/A 2, dated 20.08.26), the distribution of positions within the administrative body was formalized, with Jaime Riera Mancha as president and Jorge Miguel Simón Rivera as secretary.
