Por FactBox Admin

The Mancomunidad de Municipios del Campo de Gibraltar has released for public exhibition the registers and collection lists for the second quarter of 2026 corresponding to water supply, sanitation, and waste collection services in Jimena de la Frontera (Zone 3). The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz number 173, dated September 8, 2026, with reference No. 279,448.
The registers have been prepared by the Economic Services of ARCGISA, the instrumental company of the Mancomunidad, and affect all subscribers of the joint service in the municipality. They comprise four public non-tax financial benefits, the notification of which is carried out collectively in accordance with Article 102.3 of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax Law, and Article 24 of the General Collection Regulations.
What is being exhibited
The registers and collection lists for the second quarter of 2026 are submitted for public exhibition corresponding to:
- Low-pressure water supply and distribution.
- Sanitation and wastewater treatment.
- Municipal waste collection.
- Deposit, treatment, disposal, and recovery of municipal waste.
Where and when to consult
The documents will be available to the public for fifteen days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the gazette, at the following locations:
- The Office of the joint Water Supply, Sanitation, and Waste Service of ARCGISA, at Autovía A-7, exit 113, 11379 Guadacorte-Los Barrios (next to the Fire Station), from 08:30 to 14:00 hours.

During this period, interested parties may examine the documents and submit any allegations or claims they deem appropriate.
Payment and appeals
The voluntary payment period for the receipts runs from August 17 to October 19, 2026, or the two-month period provided for in Article 62.3 of the General Tax Law if it is longer. Payment can be made at CaixaBank and Banco Santander, or through the ARCGISA Virtual Office. Once the deadline has passed, the executive enforcement procedure will begin, with surcharges of 5, 10, or 20 percent depending on the time of payment. An appeal for reversal may be filed against the settlements before the president of the Mancomunidad within one month from the end of the public exhibition.
The publication allows subscribers in Jimena de la Frontera to verify their receipts and file allegations before the voluntary period expires, thereby avoiding surcharges and the initiation of enforcement proceedings.
