IVACE tenders the sale of an industrial warehouse in La Vernitxa for 165,595 euros

The Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) has opened the public tender for the disposal, via sale, of a patrimonial industrial warehouse of its ownership located in the La Vernitxa industrial estate, in La Vall d’Uixó (Castellón). The tender announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10484, dated November 2, 2026, in section V of announcements, under the official reference DOGV-C-2026-31947. The procedure is open and the award will be resolved by public tender.

A warehouse with its own cadastral and registry reference

The object of the contract is the sale of the patrimonial real estate asset that IVACE holds in the aforementioned industrial estate of the Plana Baixa region. The announcement identifies the property with three pieces of data that allow for its exact location:

• Cadastral reference: 7307305YK3170N0001XO.
• Registration: Property Registry of Nules 2.
• Registry property number: 23,548.

The file is processed in the Industrial Promotion Service, through the IVACE Business Parks Unit, which also acts as the information unit for any inquiries regarding the tender.

Base price of 165,595.50 euros and 5% guarantee

The base tender price is set at 165,595.50 euros (one hundred sixty-five thousand five hundred ninety-five euros and fifty cents). To participate, interested natural or legal persons must deposit a guarantee equivalent to 5% of the base price, which can be constituted in any of the following forms:

• In cash, via deposit in the Deposits and Bonds Fund of the Generalitat Valenciana, stating the file number IVACE/P.I. 5N/2026 in the description.
• A guarantee from credit institutions, financial credit establishments, or mutual guarantee societies authorized in Spain, with indefinite validity and according to the model in Annex I of the specifications.
• A surety insurance contract with an authorized insurance entity, in accordance with Order 3/2023, of March 14, of the Department of Finance and Economic Model.
• Public debt securities, under the terms of the same order.

Employment carries more weight than price in the scoring

The award criteria are scored out of 100 and grant the greatest weight to the creation of jobs, ahead of the economic offer:

• Employment: 40 points.
• Price: 30 points.
• Project investment: 20 points.
• Generation of complementary services: 10 points.

The award will be granted to the bidder that meets the requirements of the specifications and presents the most advantageous overall proposal. The subjective requirements for applicants are detailed in section 4 of the specifications.

Envelope schedule and place of submission

Offers are submitted in three envelopes (A, B, and C), according to section 6.2 of the specifications. The public opening of envelope B —documentation evaluable by formulas, excluding price— will be held on the twenty-fifth calendar day following the close of the submission period, at 12:00 p.m.; that of envelope C —economic proposal— on the thirty-fifth calendar day, also at 12:00 p.m. If any of these fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, they will be moved to the next business day. Both sessions will take place at the IVACE headquarters in the Ciutat Administrativa Nou d’Octubre, Tower 2, 4th floor, calle Democràcia 77 (access via calle Nou d’Octubre), 46018 Valencia.

Applications may be registered at the IVACE Registry in Valencia, at the City Council of La Vall d’Uixó (plaça del Centro, 1, 12600) or at any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. The announcement was signed in Valencia on September 18, 2026, by the general director, Santiago Lumbreras Peláez, by delegation of the Board of Directors (A 3/2026, 26.01.2026).

The operation allows IVACE to dispose of a heritage property and reincorporate industrial land into private activity in a municipality with a strong ceramic and tile tradition. For the industrial fabric of Castellón, the tender opens the door to a warehouse with an appraised starting price and a scale that explicitly rewards investment and local employment, making it particularly attractive for companies in an expansion phase seeking a location in the Plana Baixa.
