Por FactBox Admin

The La Robla City Council has opened for public review the files for the declaration of ruin of two properties located on Avenida de Fenar, numbers 10 and 36 of the town. The process is open for a period of two months and is announced in the Official Gazette of the Province of León number 189, corresponding to Friday, October 2, 2026, with official references BOP-LE-2026-189005 and BOP-LE-2026-189006.
The procedure is processed in compliance with the provisions of section 1 of article 326 of the Urban Planning Regulations of Castilla y León, which requires this type of file to be submitted for public review. The two announcements are signed by the mayor, Santiago Dorado Cañón, and are dated September 29 and 30, 2026, respectively, just a few days before their publication in the provincial gazette.
Two properties and their cadastral references
The files affect two buildings on the same street, identified individually in the official documentation:
- Avenida de Fenar no. 10, with cadastral reference 5122601TN8452S0001PY, announcement with CVE BOP-LE-2026-189005, dated September 29, 2026.
- Avenida de Fenar no. 36, with cadastral reference 5122614TN8452S0001IY, announcement with CVE BOP-LE-2026-189006, dated September 30, 2026.
Both announcements are published in the announcements section of the provincial gazette, on pages 15 and 16 of a total of 77.
Two months to examine the file and file objections
During the two-month period, interested parties may:
- Appear at the municipal offices of the La Robla City Council.
- Examine the corresponding declaration of ruin file.
- Submit as many written objections and/or claims as they deem appropriate.
The announcement does not detail the structural state of the properties nor the results of the technical reports, details which are part of the file that can be consulted at the municipal offices.
Publicity in three official channels
The regulations require the process to be publicized through the insertion of an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León, and on the city council’s notice board. The La Robla City Council is headquartered at Plaza de la Constitución, 1, in the town (24640), and has an electronic office for the verification of signed documents.
The opening of these two files directly affects the owners of both properties and the urban environment of Avenida de Fenar, as the declaration of ruin conditions the future of the buildings and the conservation or demolition obligations of their owners. Residents and any person with a legitimate interest have two months from the publication to appear and present objections before the La Robla City Council reaches a resolution.
