Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres opens for public consultation the request to modify the authorization for the declaration of public utility of the new distribution center in Jarandilla de la Vera and the extension of line L-4856-02-Vera of the STR Jaraíz, between the former and the CT Piscina Cuacos. The announcement is signed by the Industrial, Energy and Mining Planning Service of the Ministry of Industry, Energy, Science and Territory of the Regional Government of Extremadura and is published in issue 0179 on September 18, 2026, with reference BOP-2026-4372. Interested parties have 30 days to submit allegations.
A previously authorized project modifying its impacts
File AT-9148 has prior administrative authorization and administrative construction authorization, granted by resolutions of the Industrial, Energy and Mining Planning Service on April 7, 2025, in favor of I-DE Redes Eléctricas Inteligentes, S.A.U., with CIF A95075578 and notification address at calle Periodista Sánchez Asensio number 1, Cáceres. On the same date, the resolution specifically declaring the public utility of the installation was issued.
On November 19, 2025, Seycex Ingeniería, S.L., representing the promoting company, submitted the request to modify the list of affected assets and rights, motivated by the cadastral update carried out in the municipal districts through which the route runs. The declared purpose of the project is to improve the electricity supply to users in the area.
Which properties change and in which municipal districts
The scope of the modifications detailed in the announcement is as follows:
- Two new properties in Cuacos de Yuste: polygon 5, plots 150 and 271 (project properties 18.1 and 18.2).
- The impacts on properties 19 and 23, in polygon 5, plots 153 and 170, also in Cuacos de Yuste, are updated.
- Property 22, in polygon 5, plot 171 of Cuacos de Yuste, is no longer affected by the line.
- One new property in Jarandilla de la Vera: polygon 15, plot 481 (project property 37.1).
- The ownership of two properties in Jarandilla de la Vera is updated, without variation to the planned impacts: properties 37 (polygon 15, plot 412) and 69 (polygon 4, plot 297).
Affected owners and deadline for allegations
The annex of the announcement includes the specific and individualized list of owners, including Nadia Hamed González Alejandro Aparicio Fernández, María Ascensión Casado Gallardo, José Joaquín Puig de la Bellacasa Aznar, Encarnación Paz Trancón, María Soledad Sánchez Bernabé, Leyre Velasco Burgui, Fidel Núñez Cabello, and María Melgarejo Megías.
The documentation may be examined for a period of thirty days, starting from the day following the publication, at the Service offices located at Avenida Clara Campoamor number 2 (Multiple Services Building), 3rd floor, Cáceres, by appointment via telephone at 927001280 or at the email address soiemcc@juntaex.es, and on the website of the General Directorate of Industry, Energy and Mines, “Public Information” section. Allegations shall be submitted through any of the registries and offices listed in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
Urgent occupation of the land
The declaration of public utility implies, according to article 56 of Law 24/2013, of December 26, on the Electricity Sector, the need for the occupation of the affected assets or the acquisition of the affected rights, and implies urgent occupation for the purposes of article 52 of the Compulsory Expropriation Law. The processing complies with Title IX of the aforementioned sectoral law and Title VII, Chapter V of Royal Decree 1955/2000, of December 1.
The announcement was signed in Cáceres on August 27, 2026, by Juan Francisco Lemus Prieto, head of the Industrial, Energy and Mining Planning Service.
For the residents of Jarandilla de la Vera, Aldeanueva de la Vera, and Cuacos de Yuste, this procedure is the last opportunity to file allegations before the new list of assets and rights is consolidated and, with it, the occupation of the land. The modification does not alter the already declared public utility, but it does change who is affected and with what area, so owners must check if their plot appears in the annex within the thirty-day period.
