The processing reaches the public at a time when extractive activity and auxiliary facilities associated with public works are the focus of interest for residents and environmental groups in the region. The opening of the file offers individuals, city councils, and citizen entities the possibility to review the technical documentation and present objections before the Junta resolves the authorization, which will condition the operation of the plant throughout its entire useful life.
