Public information for the Lepus Pradillos photovoltaic plant in Yeles

The Provincial Delegation for Sustainable Development of Toledo has opened the public information process for the application for prior administrative authorization of the Lepus Pradillos photovoltaic plant, promoted by Lepus Power, S.L. in the municipality of Yeles (Toledo). The announcement, signed on August 27, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha on September 21, 2026, with file reference PE-709 and code 2026/6387. The installation is intended for the production of electrical energy and discharge into the grid.

The file is processed under Law 24/2013, of December 26, on the Electricity Sector, and Decree 80/2007, of June 19, which regulates the authorization procedures for electrical energy installations to be processed by the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha and its review and inspection regime. The competent body to resolve is the Ministry of Sustainable Development, through its provincial delegation in Toledo, which acts as the processing unit of the procedure.

A 2.46 MW project across two plots of polygon 8

The project submitted by the company comprises three technical documents: the administrative technical project of the Lepus Pradillos photovoltaic plant of 2.46 MW, the execution project of the 15 kV sectioning center, and the execution project of the 15 kV underground power line between the sectioning center and the connection point with the YE2711 Casarrubuelos 11 line of UFD.

The main characteristics declared by the promoter are as follows:

• Installed capacity of 2,442.240 kWp (2,808.576 kWp according to Royal Decree 997/2025) and 2,240 kW of inverter capacity.
• 3,392 bifacial photovoltaic modules of 720 Wp on fixed solar structures, distributed in two islands.
• 7 inverters of 320 kVA at 40 ºC and a transformation center of 3,200 kVA.
• Protection and measurement center with an auxiliary services transformer of 10 kVA.
• Prefabricated sectioning center with 3L+1A cells, three of which are automated line cells, and a power cell for auxiliary services with limiting fuse protection.
• 15 kV underground line with a total length of 20.13 meters, plus a rise to the support of approximately 20 meters in height.

The plant is located on plots 85 and 89 of polygon 8 of the municipality of Yeles, with cadastral references 45202A008000850000GW and 45202A008000890000GG. The sectioning center is located on plot 89 of the same polygon, and the connection point is the existing support named RAB8BQ4K//7-22 of the YE2711 Casarrubuelos 11 power line of UFD.

Allegations within twenty days and consultation of the file

The announcement opens a twenty-day period, counted from the day following its publication, for any interested party to present the allegations they deem appropriate. The file may be examined at the headquarters of the Provincial Delegation of Sustainable Development of Toledo, at calle Huérfanos Cristinos, 5, 45071 Toledo, or through the website enabled by the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha.

Transfer of facilities to the electricity distributor

Both the sectioning center and the 15 kV underground power line will be transferred to the electricity distributor, as stated in the documentation submitted for public information.
