Public information for the provisional connection of the A-32 in Robledo

The General Directorate of Roads has opened for public consultation the initial provisional connection of the layout project for the A-32 Linares-Albacete Highway, in the Robledo-link with the CM-313 section. The resolution, dated September 4, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the province of Albacete on Monday, September 28, 2026, under reference 24.014. Interested parties have 30 business days to submit allegations.

The procedure and the promoting body

The announcement, included in the First Section (State Administration) of the Official Gazette of the province of Albacete number 113, dated September 28, 2026, states that the General Directorate of Roads, by resolution of September 4, 2026, provisionally approved the document for public consultation regarding the initial provisional connection of the layout project “Highway A-32 Linares-Albacete. Section: Robledo-Link with the CM-313”, code 12-AB-4530.

The same resolution orders the State Road Demarcation in Castilla-La Mancha to initiate the public consultation file, in accordance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and in compliance with articles 12 and 16 of Law 37/2015, of September 29, on Roads, and its Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 899/2025, of October 9.

Why it is submitted to the procedure

The need to submit the document for public consultation is justified because the provisional connection entails a reorganization of the functional scheme of the existing accesses to the town of Robledo, in accordance with article 41, paragraphs 2.d and 4, of the General Road Regulations.

The announcement specifies that allegations may only be considered if they concern:

• The circumstances that justify the declaration of general interest of the road.
• The global conception of the layout of this provisional connection.

It is expressly stated that the projected road has total access limitation and entails the property limitations established in section 1 of chapter III of Law 37/2015, of September 29, on Roads.

Deadline, consultation, and submission of allegations

The document is submitted for public consultation for a period of 30 business days, counted from the first business day following the last date of the regulatory publications, namely, those of the Official State Gazette and the Official Gazette of the province of Albacete.

The documentation may be consulted, during office days and hours, at:

• The Road Unit in Albacete of the State Road Demarcation of Castilla-La Mancha, calle Alcalde Conangla, number 4, mezzanine, 02001, Albacete.
• The electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, in its public participation section.

Among the documents submitted for examination is the provisional approval of the document. During the period, interested parties may submit their allegations and observations in writing at the aforementioned Road Unit in Albacete or through any of the systems indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.

What is at stake for Robledo

The procedure opens the door for the residents of Robledo and the owners of land affected by property limitations to voice their opinions on the layout before the project advances. The reorganization of accesses and the total limitation of accesses for the future highway condition the daily mobility of the town and the use of adjacent paths and estates, such that this file is the formal channel of participation provided for in the road regulations.
