Interested parties have thirty business days to submit written allegations.

The procedure is based on Law 8/2013, of June 28, on Galician roads, which in its article 6.2 considers spaces intended for pedestrian paths or for the circulation of cyclists as functional elements of the road, and on Decree 66/2016, of May 26, which approves the General Road Regulations of Galicia. The action is part of the Galician Mobility Strategy, approved by the Council of the Xunta de Galicia on May 6, 2024, and is eligible for co-financing by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the framework of the Galicia ERDF 2021-2027 program.

Plot 12 features a stone wall 18 meters in length and 2.00 meters in height and a metal fence 18 meters long and one meter high; both elements are listed as relocated or replaced at their new location, therefore they do not give rise to valuation for expropriation.
