Public information regarding a new high-voltage line in Caspueñas

The Regional Ministry of Sustainable Development of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has opened for public consultation the project for a new high-voltage line promoted by UFD Distribución Electricidad S.A. in Caspueñas (Guadalajara), which is being processed alongside the specific declaration of public utility and the subsequent expropriation of assets and rights. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara No. 198, dated October 16, 2026, under file EX1999 - 348316049003 GUA362. The resolution corresponds to the Provincial Delegation of Sustainable Development in Guadalajara, whose head, Rubén García Ortega, signed the announcement on September 28, 2026.

A joint authorization and expropriation process

The file is submitted for public consultation in accordance with Law 24/2013, of December 26, on the Electricity Sector, the Law of December 16, 1954, on Compulsory Expropriation, Decree 80/2007, of June 19, as amended by Decree 34/2017, of May 2, and Royal Decree 1955/2000, of December 1. The requests for prior administrative authorization and the declaration of public utility are processed jointly with the administrative construction authorization.

Along with the project, the specific and individualized list of affected assets and rights (RBDA), provided by the beneficiary, is published, describing the properties considered necessary for expropriation. The project is named GUA362 CA VRI702 Valdeavellano between 19CA54-67-4 and 19CA54-67-5.

Technical characteristics of the installation

The action consists of a new overhead high-voltage line with the following characteristics:

• Owner: UFD Distribución Electricidad S.A.
• Location: Caspueñas (Guadalajara), year 2023.
• Voltage: 45 kV, with five circuits.
• Conductor: LA-30/31.1 mm² aluminum.
• Lengths per action: 107 m (action 1), 25 m (action 2), 112 m (action 3), 65 m (action 4), and 25 m (action 5).
• Supports: supports no. 67-4 and no. 67-5 are replaced by two supports of type C 14/2000 and HV 11/630, respectively; SXS will be installed as a switching point at the projected support no. 67-4, and a support no. 67-4/5 of type HV 11/1000 is planned between supports no. 67-4 and no. 67-5 to increase the distance to the building.

The announcement warns that this description is merely indicative and that the detailed description is included in the technical documentation of the file.

Affected properties in the district of Caspueñas

The list of affected assets and rights includes two properties, both in the municipality of Caspueñas and with E-pasture crops:

• Property 1: cadastral reference 19088A011003900000UO, polygon 11, plot 390, area Camino Sebastián Escanciano. Registered owners: Eloy García Fernández and Paloma Lucio Fernández; cadastral holder: Eloy García Sampedro. Overflight easement of 33.25 linear meters, 342.45 m² of affectation, one support, and 12.96 m² of temporary occupation.
• Property 7: cadastral reference 19088A011004600000UI, polygon 11, plot 460, area Colmenar. Cadastral holder: Eloy García Sampedro. Overflight easement of 5.64 linear meters and 77.07 m² of affectation.

Thirty days to consult and object

The file may be examined at the Industry and Energy Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Sustainable Development in Guadalajara, at calle Federico García Lorca, 14, 19071 Guadalajara, and also electronically via the link provided in the announcement. Objections may be submitted within a period of 30 days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement.

The text reminds that, pursuant to Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, subjects obliged to interact electronically with Public Administrations must use electronic means to submit their filings.

The publication opens the formal period during which the owners of the affected properties and any interested party may oppose or make observations before the Provincial Delegation resolves on the public utility of the layout. The resolution determines whether UFD Distribución Electricidad S.A. can execute the works and, if applicable, initiate the expropriation of the affected lands in Caspueñas.
