Industria concede 3,4 millones a 68 pymes excluidas del INPYME 2026

The General Directorate of Industry of the Department of Industry, Tourism, Innovation and Trade has granted 3,405,630.86 euros in complementary aid to SMEs that remained on the reserve list of the INPYME 2026 program. This is done through the resolution of October 27, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV no. 10482, of October 29, 2026, reference DOGV-C-2026-33804). The decision comes after the estimation of appeals for reconsideration reordered the reserve list and freed up new budgetary availability.

The framework is the early call for the 2026 financial year for aid for the reindustrialization of industrial SMEs, approved by the resolution of February 9, 2026 (DOGV 10301, of February 12, 2026), with a correction of errors on February 18. The granting resolution of July 17, 2026 (DOGV 10409, of July 21) exhausted the available credit and excluded applications that did meet the requirements.

The second resolution, section 4, of the call allows for a complementary resolution to be issued when supervening increases in credit occur. The previous step was the resolution of September 28, 2026 (DOGV 10463, of October 1), which approved the final reordered reserve list after executing the favorable resolutions of the appeals for reconsideration.

68 beneficiaries with 30% of the investment

The complementary resolution grants aid to 68 SMEs from the reserve list, with a subsidy equivalent to 30% of the approved expenditure budget in each case. The amounts are conditional upon the execution of the budget and the investment in the indicated municipality.

  • FERROS LA POBLA SA (la Pobla de Vallbona): 200,000 euros, file INPYME/2026/313.
  • ENITER S.A. (Quart de Poblet): 180,000 euros, file INPYME/2026/878.
  • SISTEMAS DE ALUMINIO HERNANDEZ SL (Orihuela): 174,541.50 euros, file INPYME/2026/582.
  • REPUJADOS JOMAR SLU (Riba-roja de Túria): 151,375.02 euros, file INPYME/2026/236.
  • LFT & UDTAPES, S.L. (Riba-roja de Túria): 146,757.53 euros, file INPYME/2026/1024.
  • SOPENA INNOVATIONS S.L. (Nàquera): 146,100 euros, file INPYME/2026/110.

The amount is charged to the subsidy line S1461 of chapter 7 of program 722A00, Industrial Policy, of the 2026 Generalitat budget. The aid is considered de minimis according to Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 of December 13, 2023, such that the cumulative sum over three years cannot exceed 300,000 euros per single enterprise.

Metal, plastic and graphic arts distributed throughout the Comunitat

The metal-mechanical sector concentrates the majority of the projects, followed by plastics and paper and graphic arts. The list includes workshops, tool-making shops, machining centers, and component manufacturers such as MIARCO SL, MAÑEZ Y LOZANO SL, EVATHINK SL, SANZ HERMANOS VALENCIA SL, GOMEZ SOLA, S.L., HIJOS DE FRANCISCO MARTI SL, DESARROLLOS INDUSTRIALES SULLER SL, CUBIERTAS NAUTICAS ESPUMADAS, SLU, RIBER SOLUCIONES TECNICAS SLU, FRESA-MAT SL, SIPEM SA, ESTAMPACIONES LEMEC SL, CRISTALERIA ITALISPAÑA, S.A, MATRICERIA TORREGROSA, S.L., PAPEL PLAST PACK SL, METALCRISMAR S. L., and DECOTURN VALENCIA, S.L., among others.

The territorial distribution covers the three provinces. In Alicante, locations include Ibi, Elx/Elche, Alcoi/Alcoy, Crevillent, Castalla, Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Aspe, Monòver/Monóvar, Dénia, Alacant/Alicante, and Monforte del Cid; in Valencia, Paterna, Quart de Poblet, Silla, Alzira, Alaquàs, Algemesí, Carlet, Xàtiva, Picassent, Massalfassar, and Aldaia; and in Castellón, Borriana/Burriana, Castelló de la Plana, Almassora, Onda, and Vilafamés.

Calendar adjusted until November 17

The resolution sets a demanding calendar for the beneficiaries:

  • Modification of the approved budget due to unforeseeable causes: electronic request until November 6, 2026.
  • Waiver of the right if at least 50% of the budget is not executed: until November 17, 2026.
  • Commissioning of assets: between January 1 and November 17, 2026.
  • Request for extension of the commissioning deadline: until November 17, 2026, with positive silence if there is no notification within one month.
  • Justification of the aid: until November 17, 2026, through the Industry Portal.

The subsidized assets must be installed and used in a production center within the municipality listed in the annex and maintained for at least five years. The order of payment will follow the complete submission of the justification, meaning that those who justify sooner may collect sooner.

The resolution, signed by the Director General of Industry, Julio Delgado Espinós, ends the administrative route. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Tribunal Superior de Justícia de la Comunitat Valenciana within two months, both periods starting from the day following publication.

The impact is direct for the Valencian industrial fabric: these are projects that had already been evaluated and ranked by the evaluation commission and were only awaiting credit. With this complementary resolution, the SMEs that were left out in July due to the exhaustion of line S1461 can carry out investments in machinery, facilities, and tooling before the end of 2026, within the tight margin set by the justification calendar.
