SNS-O gastroenterology position results challenged.

The Official Gazette of Navarra number 161, of 17 August 2026, publishes the notice of the administrative appeal filed against the final results of the competition phase of the selection process for 2 positions of specialist physician in the digestive system of the Navarra Health Service-Osunbidea (SNS-O). Interested parties have ten business days to file submissions. The notice, signed in Pamplona on 3 August by the head of the Legal Assistance Section for Resource Management, María José Álvarez Los Arcos, bears reference F2610669.

The affected selection process was approved by Resolution 1920E/2025, of 9 October, of the Managing Director of the Navarra Health Service-Osunbidea, published in the Official Gazette of Navarra number 218, of 31 October 2025. The process, conducted through the competitive examination system, provides for the filling of 2 positions of specialist physician in the digestive system and the establishment, through selection tests, of lists of candidates for the performance of said position, both through temporary contracting and temporary internal promotion.

An appeal against the competition phase

The administrative appeal is directed against the final results of the competition phase of the aforementioned selection process. In accordance with Articles 45 and 118 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the notice is communicated to all interested parties so that they may file submissions.

The publication in the official gazette thus fulfils the function of collective notification of the appeal, so that any candidate affected by the competition phase may appear in the proceedings and defend their interests before the challenge is resolved.

Deadlines and procedure for submissions

The deadline for filing submissions is ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of Navarra. Submissions may be filed in the manner provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015.

• Copy of the appeal: may be requested through the General Electronic Registry of Navarra, pursuant to section 8 of Foral Order 59/2020, of 14 May, of the Regional Minister of the Presidency, Equality, Civil Service and Interior.
• The copy is sent to the email address provided by the interested party in their request.

The announcement is inserted in the Competitive examinations and contests and Public Employment Offer section of the bulletin, within the Authorities and Staff subsection of the Chartered Community of Navarre. The challenge to the competition phase conditions the resolution of the healthcare public employment offer, since it affects both the allocation of the 2 gastroenterology positions and the ordering of the lists of candidates for temporary employment and temporary internal promotion.

The resolution of the appeal for reconsideration will determine whether the final results of the competition phase are maintained or corrected, with the consequences that this may have on the final score of the candidates and on the order of precedence of the lists.

The publication of the appeal opens a hearing procedure that may modify the final list of the competition phase and, consequently, the allocation of the positions. Affected candidates must monitor the ten-business-day period to assert their allegations before the Foral Administration before the challenge is resolved.
