IMDECO updates early retirement bonuses for its contractual staff

The Municipal Sports Institute of Córdoba (IMDECO) has updated the early retirement bonus table for its contractual staff, with amounts ranging from 7,105.00 to 37,075.94 euros depending on the years of anticipation. The Local Government Board of the Most Excellent City Council of Córdoba ratified the agreement in its session on September 21, 2026, and the edict is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 192, dated October 5, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-3319.

The measure is adopted under Article 57.1 of the extended 2015-2018 Collective Agreement for IMDECO contractual staff, which regulates early retirement bonuses. The published text incorporates the opinion of the institute’s Governing Council, dated June 30, 2026, which was subsequently submitted to the Local Government Board for ratification. The agreement directly affects the remuneration conditions of the municipal workforce assigned to the autonomous sports body.

The new bonus table

The approved agreement sets the following amounts according to the years of retirement anticipation:

• One year of anticipation: 7,105.00 euros.
• Two years: 15,225.00 euros.
• Three years: 22,245.95 euros.
• Four years: 29,661.25 euros.
• Five years: 37,075.94 euros.

The scale is progressive: the amount increases significantly as the retirement anticipation increases, such that the highest jumps are concentrated in the longest anticipation brackets.

Processing and publication

The file began in the Governing Council of IMDECO, which issued its opinion on June 30, 2026. The Local Government Board of the Córdoba City Council ratified it on September 21, 2026, within the framework of its competencies over the autonomous body.

The agreement includes an express mandate for publicity: the text must be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba and on the Notice Board of the Córdoba City Council. The edict appears signed in Córdoba on September 28, 2026, by the President of the Municipal Sports Institute of Córdoba, María Isabel Albás Vives, and is inserted in the other entities section of the provincial gazette, on page 14323.

Scope for the workforce

The update does not create a new right, but rather brings up to date the amount of a bonus already provided for in the current and extended collective agreement. As it is a table of amounts, its effect is immediate on any request for early retirement resolved under this framework.

The relevance of the publication is twofold: on one hand, it provides legal certainty and transparency to a remunerative supplement that affects the contractual staff of IMDECO; on the other, it establishes a public and verifiable reference for the amounts, allowing the organization’s workers to know in advance how much they would receive based on the advancement of their retirement.
