IASS publishes resources against the final lists of 184 nursing assistants

The Instituto Insular de Atención Social y Sociosanitaria (IASS) has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife two notices regarding administrative appeals filed against the final list of candidates in the selection process for the coverage of 184 positions for specialist technician in auxiliary nursing care. The documents, with references 1709621 and 1709636, appear in issue number 98 of 17 August 2026.

Selection process and positions announced

The process was announced by the IASS to fill permanent positions through competitive examination, within the Public Employment Offer for the year 2024. The 184 positions are distributed as follows:

• 86 positions for the open access shift, including a reserve for persons with disabilities.
• 98 positions for internal promotion.

Appeals filed against the final list

Two candidates have challenged the final list of admitted and excluded applicants:

• C.R.R. has filed a discretionary appeal for reconsideration against the final list (reference 1709621).
• C.D.D.H. has filed a discretionary appeal for reconsideration against the same final list (reference 1709636).
