Huval Mobiliario enters insolvency liquidation in Alicante

Huval Mobiliario y Decoración SL has entered the bankruptcy liquidation phase. The Commercial Court No. 2 of Alicante has agreed to the opening of the liquidation phase and the formation of the qualification section of bankruptcy proceeding 324/2022, as stated in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 176, published on Friday, September 11, 2026.

The resolution, issued on June 30, 2025, by magistrate María Carmen Castillo Aliaga, is final and also entails the removal of the company’s sole administrator, Vicente Jorge Miró Oriola. The announcement appears in the first section of the gazette, on page 43259, under the official reference BORME-A-2026-176-03.

A bankruptcy that began in 2022

Bankruptcy proceeding 324/2022 was declared as a voluntary bankruptcy by order of October 26, 2022, processed before the same Commercial Court No. 2 of Alicante, then presided over by judge Juan Ignacio Martínez Aroca. The declaration was published in the BORME of February 9, 2026 (reference BORME-A-2026-26-03).

In November 2022, bankruptcy administration was appointed, with the assignment falling to Operadores Concursales SLP (NIF B54747878). The company, dedicated to the trade of furniture and decoration, thus carries an insolvency process that now culminates in the liquidation of its assets.

Liquidation and qualification section

The new resolution accumulates several registry effects on the company:

Opening of the liquidation phase, with the subsequent realization of the debtor’s assets and rights for the payment of creditors.
Formation of the qualification section, in which the conduct of the administrators and partners during the bankruptcy will be analyzed.
Intervention or suspension of the administration and disposal powers of the debtor.
Removal of the sole administrator, Vicente Jorge Miró Oriola.
Dissolution of the company for other causes, with the corporate name now appearing as “in liquidation”.

Entering liquidation represents a turning point for creditors and suppliers in the furniture sector who held credits against Huval Mobiliario y Decoración SL.
