Huesca sets October 14 as the first exam for 15 Local Police positions

The Huesca City Council has set the date for the first examination of the competitive process to fill, through the open competition system, 15 Local Police positions vacant within the civil service staff. The test will take place on October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Palacio de Congresos facilities, located at Av. Danzantes s/n in Huesca.

The decision was adopted via Resolution No. 5213/2026, of September 9, 2026, signed by Mayor Lorena Orduna Pons, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 173, of September 10, 2026 (official reference BOPH-2026-173017). The rules of the selection process were previously published in BOPH number 64, of April 7, 2026.

Requirements and materials for the exam

Applicants must arrive equipped with their ID (DNI) and a blue pen. During the test, the use or mere possession of any electronic device, calculator, mobile phone (on or off), watch of any kind, bracelets, and books is prohibited.

• All candidates must keep their outer ears visible to verify that no unauthorized hearing devices are being used.
• Anyone using any of the aforementioned devices will be expelled from the room and eliminated from the selection process.
• The grading of the exercises will be anonymous: any mark on the answer sheet that could identify the candidate (signature, first and last names, etc.) will result in the nullity of the exam and elimination from the process.

Publication of results and appeals

The list of results for the first exercise can be consulted on the municipal website www.huesca.es. A period of 3 business days, counting from the day of its publication on the website, will be open for interested parties to submit appeals regarding the questions they deem appropriate.

The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, on the Notice Board of the Electronic Office, and on the Huesca City Council website.
