Por FactBox Admin

The Huesa City Council has initially approved the I Local Plan for Childhood and Adolescence (2026-2029), a document that will organize municipal policies aimed at minors and families over the next four years. The agreement was adopted by the Plenary in an ordinary session held on July 30, 2026, and its final approval is subject to the public information process. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén, number 175, dated September 9, 2026, page 13401, with reference 2026/4194.
The initiative originates from the Mayor-President of the Huesa City Council, Isabel Martínez Moreno, who signed the announcement on September 4, 2026. The plan is submitted for public information and hearing of interested parties for a period of thirty days, counted from the day following its insertion in the gazette, so that it may be examined and any claims or suggestions deemed appropriate may be presented.
Object and scope of the plan
The I Local Plan for Childhood and Adolescence constitutes the first specific municipal planning instrument for the child and adolescent population of Huesa. Its time horizon covers the 2026-2029 period and directly affects families and the municipality’s social services, which will be the primary recipients and executors of the planned measures.
During the exhibition period, the document may be consulted by any interested party at the municipal offices. Additionally, it will be available electronically on the Transparency Portal of the Electronic Office of the council, at the address https://huesa.sedelectronica.es.
Deadline for allegations and final approval
The public information process allows citizens to formulate allegations and suggestions before the plan becomes final. Interested parties may submit their contributions during the period of thirty days from the publication of the announcement.
- Deadline for allegations: 30 days from the day following the insertion in the BOP of Jaén.
- In-person consultation: municipal offices of the Huesa City Council.
- Electronic consultation: Transparency Portal of the Electronic Office (https://huesa.sedelectronica.es).
- Effect of silence: if no claims are presented within the deadline, the plan will be understood as definitively approved.
Relevance for the municipality
The approval of this plan represents a significant step for Huesa, which for the first time will have a specific roadmap for childhood and adolescence, aligned with policies for the protection of minors and support for families. Citizen participation during the allegations period will be key to adjusting the document to the real needs of the municipality before its final approval.
