The decision, adopted by the Plenary on July 17, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada number 166, dated August 28, 2026.

The finalization occurs in compliance with articles 169.1 and 177.2 of the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. The agreement is signed by the mayor-president, Sebastián Yebra Ramírez, dated August 20, 2026.

  • Investment for protection of the road to the medical clinic (application 1530/61900): 48,000 euros.

The expenditure is financed through income concept 87000, liquid treasury surplus for general expenses, which increases from 1,066,775.87 to 1,162,775.87 euros.

Supplement for festivals, cemetery, water, and public roads

Against both agreements, interested parties may file a contentious-administrative appeal in the manner and within the timeframes provided for in articles 25 to 42 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating said jurisdiction, without its filing alone suspending the effectiveness of the contested act.

Publication in the official bulletin grants finality to the two modifications, which will allow the municipality in the Guadix region to carry out improvements in basic infrastructure, water services, public roads, and facilities such as the cemetery, as well as reinforce the budget for festivals and the protection of access to the medical clinic.
