Hontanaya puts its municipal bar-cafeteria up for tender

The Hontanaya City Council has announced an open procedure to award the operation of the bar-cafeteria of the town’s Multipurpose Social Center through a public auction. The call, approved by Mayoral Resolution on August 18, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cuenca number 96, dated August 21, 2026, and opens the period for submitting bids until September 4.
The contract, processed as a special administrative contract under Article 25.1 b) of the Public Sector Contracts Law, has an execution period of one year, extendable for one more. The base tender price is set at 100 euros per month, which can be improved upwards, and the sole award criterion will be the offered price.
Object and conditions of the contract
The operation will take place at the Hontanaya Multipurpose Social Center, located at calle Pradillo s/n, and does not allow for division into lots. The service falls under CPV code 55330000 (cafeteria services).
