Hisenda has acquired two rustic estates and twelve parking spaces in Tarragona

The Delegation of Economy and Finance in Tarragona has called for a public auction of State-owned assets to be held on October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the offices of the Territorial Management at Carrer Pere Martell, 38, Tarragona. The operation involves fourteen lots: two rural properties and twelve parking spaces. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona on September 29, 2026, with the reference CVE 2026-08686.

The convening body is the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Tarragona, under the Ministry of Finance, headquartered at Rambla Nova 93, Tarragona. The auction is conducted through the procedure of submitting ascending bids in sealed envelopes and, only if it remains deserted, a second, third, and fourth auction would be successively called with decreasing starting prices. The specifications are available to interested parties at the same Delegation, from 9 AM to 2 PM Monday to Friday, and on the Ministry’s electronic headquarters, in the State asset management section.

Fourteen lots: two rural properties and twelve parking spaces

• Cabra del Camp: plot 33 of polygon 10, 3,572 m², with a starting price of 1,607.40 euros in the first auction.
• Benifallet: plot 17 of polygon 26, 20,980 m², with a starting price of 2,098.00 euros.
• Cambrils: twelve parking spaces on Urano-Júpiter street (numbers 78, 79, 80, 81, 107, 119, 120, 121, 124, 125, 126, and 127), 22 m² each.

The spaces in Cambrils start at a price of 7,294.00 euros, except for number 119, which starts at 6,565.00 euros. In the event of a second auction, the prices drop to 6,199.90 and 5,580.25 euros respectively; in the third, to 5,269.92 and 4,743.21 euros; and in the fourth, to 4,479.43 and 4,031.73 euros. The rural properties follow the same descending scale: 1,366.26, 1,161.35, and 987.15 euros for the Cabra del Camp plot, and 1,783.30, 1,515.80, and 1,288.43 euros for the Benifallet plot.

Deadlines, guarantees, and submission of offers

Offers may be submitted from the day after the publication of the auction announcement in the Official State Gazette until October 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM, in accordance with the specifications. Participants must provide a guarantee of 5% of the starting price of the assets, which can be deposited at the General Deposit Fund (Caixa General de Dipòsits) or any of its branches, in cash or in any of the other modalities provided for in the public sector contracts legislation.

Right of first refusal for neighbors and other conditions

In the lots of rural estates with a surface area smaller than the minimum cultivation unit (4.5 hectares), adjacent owners who have the status of direct and personal cultivator may exercise the right of retraction within two months from the notification of the alienation and its conditions, and acquire it at the same price and conditions as the awardee. This faculty is governed by Law 5/2006, of May 10, of the fifth book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, relating to real rights.

The Administration reserves the possibility of charging the awardee the proportional part of the IBI paid, in proportion to the time of ownership of each party during the year. Auction incidents will be resolved by the Board; civil jurisdiction will be competent for controversies derived from the contract and contentious-administrative jurisdiction for those relating to preparation and award. For investors and individuals in the district, the call opens a two-week window to bid for State assets, with starting prices below 7,300 euros for most parking spaces in Cambrils and with successive discounts in each call if the auctions remain deserted.
