Hinojosa de Jarque tenders the rural multi-service center including municipal housing

The Hinojosa de Jarque City Council has announced an open procedure to lease the municipality’s rural multi-service center, which integrates a bar-restaurant service and a grocery store. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 184, dated September 25, 2026, with official reference 2026-2750, and is issued in accordance with the Mayor’s resolution dated September 23, 2026. The contract includes access to municipal housing without rent payment and sets an annual fee of 290.40 euros, VAT included.

The announcement is part of the ordinary contractual activity of the Hinojosa de Jarque City Council, which acts as the contracting body through its Mayor’s office and processes the file via an open procedure. The objective is the lease of the rural multi-service center, a formula that groups the operation of the bar-restaurant and the municipality’s grocery store under a single lessee, both services being considered basic for the population. A one-year contract, renewable and with housing included

• Location: City Council Secretariat or the Administration’s electronic office, with in-person submissions possible on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 to 15:00 hours.

Scoring scale: the personal interview accounts for 60% of the score

The award criteria are automatically quantifiable up to a maximum of 100 points, distributed as follows:

• Economic offer: 20 points, awarded to the best economic offer.
• Sector experience: maximum 20 points, at a rate of 2 points per year worked.
• Personal interview: 60 points.

The weighting gives a decisive weight to the personal interview, ahead of the economic proposal and the candidates’ previous track record, which directs the award toward the direct assessment of the operating project and the lessee’s profile.
