Hinojal de Riopisuerga auctions 56.77 hectares of rustic estates for five campaigns

The Neighborhood Council of Hinojal de Riopisuerga has opened the bidding process for the lease of agricultural exploitation of rural estates within its jurisdiction, with an approximate area of 56.77 hectares and a starting price of 8,000 euros plus VAT per agricultural campaign. The economic-administrative specifications were approved by the entity’s plenary session on March 24, 2026, and were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos no. 188, dated October 2, 2026, with official reference BOPBUR-2026-04156. Interested parties have nine calendar days to examine the file and submit any claims they deem appropriate.
