Hillerød wine firm Ingerslev Vin ApS placed into bankruptcy proceedings

By decree of 31 August 2026, the Court of Hillerød (Retten i Hillerød) placed the wine company Ingerslev Vin ApS into bankruptcy proceedings. The decision is published in the Statstidende of 2 September 2026 under reference S31082026-70, in the bankruptcy-estates section.

The company, registered under CVR number 37939005 at Slotshusene 1, 3400 Hillerød, was already under liquidation when the bankruptcy petition was received on 20 August 2026. The case is registered under number SKS 3-242/2026.

The bankruptcy decree

The decree of 31 August 2026 brings the Hillerød-based wine business under formal bankruptcy administration, ending its liquidation phase. The court has appointed a trustee to manage the estate and to receive claims from creditors.

The trustee is lawyer Jens R. Andersen, of Torvet 4B, 3300 Frederiksværk. Creditors and other parties with claims against the debtor are directed to address all correspondence to him.

Claims must be stated as calculated on 31 August 2026 and should be accompanied by supporting documentation. The court issued the decree on 31 August 2026.
