The company is acting under the protection of Article 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which regulates notification by edict when personal notification is not possible. The announcement, signed in Carranque on September 1, 2026, by Ramón García Catalán on behalf of the company, bears registration number No. I.- 3969 and verification code 2026.00003969.

How to remedy the non-payment

The company itself reminds users who wish to regularize their situation that they can contact the supplier before the disconnection is executed.

Relevance for residents

The announcement directly affects dozens of homes and premises in the municipality, which could be left without water supply starting in late September if they do not pay their debts. The publication in the official gazette publicizes the procedure and opens the way for those affected to regularize their situation or file a claim with the management company, thus avoiding the suspension of an essential service.
