Herning Turist creditors summoned to reconstruction plan meeting in November

Creditors of the travel company Herning Turist ApS have been summoned to a creditors’ meeting at Retten i Herning on Thursday 12 November 2026 at 11:00, where a proposed reconstruction plan will be discussed. The summons was published in Statstidende on 22 October 2026 under reference S20102026-175, which records that Skifteretten i Herning opened reconstruction proceedings for the company on 15 October 2026 at 10:00. The proceedings follow a request received by the court on 18 September 2026.

The debtor is registered as Herning Turist ApS, CVR no. 19995739, with its address at Langkærvej 35, 7330 Brande, and the case carries the court reference SKS 224/2026. The notice states that the company itself operates the business trading under the same name and number. Reconstruction is the court-supervised restructuring track that keeps a distressed business running while a plan is negotiated with its creditors, and the 22 October publication is the formal call to the creditors’ meeting at which that plan is to be debated.

A notice published on 22 September 2026 under reference S18092026-30 convened a creditors’ meeting in the same reconstruction for Thursday 15 October 2026 at 10:00 at the same court address, with Søren Christensen Volder named as rekonstruktør and the case listed as SKS 14-224/2026. That date and hour are the ones the new notice now gives for the opening of the reconstruction proceedings, and the meeting has been moved forward to 12 November.

The same issue of Statstidende also carries a separate Herning notice showing how such cases can end: on 20 October 2026 the court confirmed a reconstruction plan for Retail by MARY ApS, CVR no. 41305584, of Navervej 16, 7430 Ikast, in case SKS 14-238/2026, with the same rekonstruktør, and declared the reconstruction proceedings closed.

Why it matters locally

For customers holding bookings or prepayments with a Brande travel operator, for suppliers with outstanding invoices and for creditors in the wider Herning and Ikast area, 12 November is the date on which the shape of any settlement becomes visible.
