The Delegation of Economy and Finance in Soria has put up for public ascending auction twenty lots of rural properties owned by the General State Administration in eight municipalities of the province. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria no. 123, dated October 26, 2026, with the official reference BOPSO-123-26102026, and sets the opening of bids for November 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bidding prices for the first auction range from 19.18 euros to 19,973.34 euros.
The announcement is issued by the State Heritage Section of the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Soria, under the Ministry of Finance, and was signed in Soria on October 15, 2026, by the Delegate of Economy and Finance, María del Mar Almajano Peña, acting by substitution according to the resolution of the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Castilla y León-Valladolid dated April 30, 2026. The procedure is a public ascending auction with simultaneous admission of sealed bids, structured in first, second, third, and fourth calls, such that assets not awarded are re-offered with reduced prices.
Twenty-seven properties divided into twenty lots
The twenty lots group together twenty-seven rural properties, several of which consist of more than one cadastral plot. The distribution by municipality is as follows:
- Almazul: lot 1, with two properties in the area of Mazaterón (plots 44 of polygon 6 and 398 of polygon 5).
- Estepa de San Juan: lots 2, 3, and 4, in the areas of La Cámara, El Vallejo, La Lastra, and Llanuela.

- Oncala: lots 7 and 8, in the areas of Abrigaños and Arcillares.
- El Royo: lot 9, two plots of 0.0076 and 0.0132 hectares in Hinojosa de la Sierra.
- San Pedro Manrique: lots 10 to 19, with properties in Palacio de San Pedro and Ventosa de San Pedro.
- Tardelcuende: lot 20, a property of 1.4810 hectares in the Cementerio area.

5% Guarantee and consultation of the specifications
To participate in the auction, it is necessary to establish a guarantee of 5% of the bidding price, according to the requirements detailed in the specifications. These specifications are available to bidders at the State Heritage Section of the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Soria, at calle Caballeros number 19, first floor, and also on the website of the Ministry of Finance (www.hacienda.gob.es).
The opening of the proposals will take place on November 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Multipurpose Room of the Delegation of Economy and Finance of Soria, located at calle Caballeros 19, third floor. Each lot includes its description in the announcement, the registry entry with its unique registry code (CRU) and the cadastral reference, data that allow for the precise identification of each property before submitting an offer.
The auction is of interest both to farmers and livestock breeders in the region seeking to expand their territorial base, as well as to small investors attracted by low-cost plots. The division into twenty independent lots, with amounts that in several cases do not even reach a thousand euros, allows for bidding on very small areas, while the larger properties are concentrated in Fuentelmonge and the district of San Pedro Manrique.
