Hacienda Foral auctions a home with a storage room in Bera

The Navarra Foral Treasury has put up for public auction an apartment with a storage room located in Bera, as part of an administrative enforcement proceeding processed by its Executive Collection Section. Bids will be submitted electronically over twenty calendar days through the Auction Portal of the State Official Gazette Agency, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of Navarra number 167, dated August 25, 2026.
The sale was agreed upon on April 30, 2026, by the director of the Collection Service of the Navarra Foral Treasury, who ordered the disposal of the mortgaged real estate asset. The procedure is governed by Article 135 of the Collection Regulations of the Foral Community of Navarra, and the announcement is disseminated in both the State Official Gazette and the foral gazette.
The asset to be auctioned
The single lot comprises a dwelling and its annexed storage room, both in Bera:
- Dwelling: third floor right, on the third high floor of portal number eight of the “Santa Bárbara” housing group, with a built area of 78.25 square meters; it consists of a lobby, dining room, kitchen, pantry, toilet, and three bedrooms.
- Storage room: annex marked with the letter E, on the ground floor of portal number seven, measuring 10.50 square meters.
- Cadastral data: dwelling of 80.00 m² at Pz Zaharra, 1, 3.ºD (cadastral reference 310000000002117380DH) and storage room of 14.00 m² at Pz Zaharra, 1 Ground Floor (cadastral reference 310000000002117383HL).
In the registry, the property is listed as estate 3,751 of Bera, Volume 61, Book 154, Folio 2 of the Property Registry number 5 of Pamplona, with CRU/IDUFIR 31014000262221.
How to participate
The auction will be held entirely on the Auction Portal of the State Official Gazette Agency, where the essential data of the procedure and the asset are listed. Interested parties may consult the file at the portal’s electronic address, identified with reference number 02094 (idSub SUB-RC-2026-3100200102094).
- Bids shall be submitted electronically during twenty calendar days from the opening of the auction.
- The auction may be suspended at any time prior to the issuance of the certification of the award act, or the granting of the public deed of sale.
- Suspension will proceed if the payment of the debt, late interest, and procedural costs are adequately justified.
Relevance of the announcement
The publication of this auction is part of the enforcement procedure activated by the Hacienda Foral de Navarra for the collection of outstanding debts, disposing of mortgaged assets through a public and transparent electronic channel.
