The Foral Treasury summons heirs of an unclaimed estate in Pamplona

The Navarra Foral Treasury has published in the Official Gazette of Navarra number 168, dated August 26, 2026, the communication regarding the vacant estate of Jose Anselmo Chocarro García, who passed away in Pamplona on January 21, 2025. The edict, signed by the director of the Collection Service, Javier Ezpeleta Iráizoz, summons potential heirs to prove their right before the Foral Administration.

Within the month following the notification, interested parties may file an optional appeal for reversal before the body that issued the act or an economic-administrative claim before the Economic Administrative Tribunal of Navarra.
