Guyana gazette publishes five NICIL state property transfer orders

The Official Gazette of Guyana has published Orders No. 183-187 of 2026, the National Industrial and Commercial Investments Limited (Transfer of Property) Order 2026, dealing with the transfer of property by the state holding company. The five orders appear in Legal Supplement B of Gazette No. 389/2026, dated Saturday 10 October 2026, at page 949. The instrument is listed under Subsidiary Legislation, in an issue that records no Acts and no Bills.

The Legal Supplement of Gazette No. 389/2026 is divided into three parts: Acts, Subsidiary Legislation and Bills. Only the middle part carries content this week. The grouping of five order numbers under a single title means the transfer is executed through a set of parallel instruments rather than one. NICIL — the National Industrial and Commercial Investments Limited — is the entity named in the title of the instrument, which places the company at the centre of the property transfer recorded in the gazette.

Five orders under one heading

• The gazette publishes Orders No. 183, 184, 185, 186 and 187 of 2026 together under the heading “National Industrial and Commercial Investments Limited (Transfer of Property) Order 2026”.
• The orders are carried in Legal Supplement B, the part of the gazette reserved for subsidiary legislation.
