Águilas appoints Lourdes Rodríguez Reviriego as administrative management technician.

The City Council of Águilas has appointed Lourdes Rodríguez Reviriego as a career civil servant, who will occupy the vacant post of Administrative Management Technician of the General Administration, once the selection process called for this purpose has concluded. The appointment, adopted by resolution of 6 July 2026, is made public in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) number 187, of 14 August 2026, within section IV of Local Administration.

The appointment is formalised in accordance with Articles 62.1.b) and 76 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of 30 October, approving the consolidated text of the Basic Statute of Public Employees, which regulate the acquisition of the status of career civil servant after passing the selection process and the provision of vacant posts. The announcement corresponds to file 10107/2025, processed by the Águilas City Council.

The post and the professional group

The new civil servant joins the City Council staff in the post of Administrative Management Technician, within the General Administration Scale. The characteristics of the post are as follows:

• Nature: career civil servant, after passing the selection process.

Processing and signing of the resolution

The appointment was agreed by resolution number 2026-2259, of 6 July 2026, of the deputy mayor delegated for Personnel, Finance, Economic Development, Training and Mobility, the competent body in the matter within the municipal structure. The announcement, dated in Águilas on 16 July 2026, is signed by the mayor, Cristóbal Casado García, and is published on page 19567 of the BORM.

The official publication certifies the conclusion of the selection procedure and the access of the interested party to the status of career civil servant, identified in the announcement by her national identity document (DNI) with the final number *5991, in accordance with the data protection provisions applicable to this type of edict.

A reinforcement for the municipal Administration

With this appointment, the City Council of Águilas consolidates the coverage of one of its vacant posts in the General Administration, a step that reinforces the municipal administrative structure in the management area. The incorporation of career civil servants provides stability to the Council’s services, as opposed to temporary formulas for covering posts.
