Por FactBox Admin

The Guadalcázar City Council has published the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons in the selection process for the provision, through the open competitive examination system, of three Administrative Assistant positions as career civil servants. The decision, adopted by Mayor Domingo José Reina Serrano via Mayoral Resolution 2026/678, dated September 7, 2026, appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 175, dated September 10, 2026 (reference BOP-A-2026-3077).
The three positions are included in the Public Employment Offers of 2023 and 2026. The regulatory bases of the call were approved by Mayoral Resolution 2026/521, dated July 7, 2026, and were published in full in the BOP of Córdoba number 136, dated July 16, 2026, with an extract in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia number 143, dated July 27, 2026, and an announcement in the Official State Gazette number 188, dated August 3, 2026. The deadline for submitting applications ended on September 1, 2026.
Selection process figures
The provisional list includes a total of 170 admitted persons and 56 excluded, who must pass the examination phase to compete for one of the three announced positions.
- 170 admitted applicants.
- 56 excluded applicants.
- 3 Administrative Assistant positions in the open call.
Causes for exclusion
The excluded persons appear in the annex of the resolution with the cause or causes that motivated their exclusion, numbered from 1 to 4:
- Cause 1: failure to submit the official application form (Annex II) or submitting it incomplete.
- Cause 2: failure to prove payment of the examination fee or the applicable exemption or discount.
- Cause 3: failure to provide a complete copy (front and/or back) of the DNI, passport, or identity document.
- Cause 4: failure to provide a complete copy of the required academic qualification or, failing that, proof of payment of issuance fees along with the certification accrediting the completion of studies.
Correction period
The resolution grants excluded persons, as well as omitted persons who do not appear on the provisional lists, a single and non-extendable period of ten (10) business days to correct the defects that motivated their exclusion or omission. The period is calculated from the day following the publication of the resolution in the BOP of Córdoba and on the City Council’s electronic Notice Board.
If no appeals or corrections are submitted within the granted period, the provisional list will be automatically considered final, in accordance with the provisions of the fifth base of the call.
The publication of this selection process is of particular interest to applicants from the region, who now have the opportunity to correct documentary deficiencies before the list becomes final. With three permanent civil servant positions at stake, the resolution marks a decisive step toward the competitive examination phase, in which those admitted will compete for a stable position in the local administration.
