Guadalajara publishes the 56 admitted candidates for the Social Educator position

The Guadalajara City Council has made public the final lists of admitted and excluded applicants for the selection process to fill one Social Educator position. The resolution, signed on October 5, 2026, by the delegated councilwoman for Human Resources, Isabel Nogueroles Viñes, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara (BOP) No. 191, dated October 7, 2026. The process concludes with 56 admitted applicants and none excluded.

The call corresponds to a vacant position in the civil servant staff of the Guadalajara City Council, which will be filled through the competitive examination system and open entry in execution of the Public Employment Offer for the 2026 fiscal year, plus any vacancies approved in public offers before the end of the selection process. The rules and the call were approved by Decree of June 29, 2026, and were published in the BOP of Guadalajara No. 124, dated July 2, 2026, and in the BOE No. 166, dated July 9, 2026.

The resolution now disseminated was adopted by Decree of October 1, 2026. In its operative part, the Guadalajara City Council approves and makes public the provisional lists and, subsequently, elevates them to final status as no excluded applicants were registered during the application period. The agreement is published in the BOP of Guadalajara, on the municipal website, and on the Corporation’s Notice Board.

56 admitted and none excluded

The final list of admitted persons consists of 56 applicants, ordered alphabetically by surname and with the DNI number partially hidden for data protection. The list includes, among others, Mónica Acero Herreros, Verónica Andrés Mora, Susana Aybar Roda, Telma Cristina Aznar Sanz, Andrea Berlinches Garrido, Patricia Blanco Oliva, and Cristina Cáceres Fernández-Sanguino.

• Admitted applicants: 56.
• Excluded applicants: none.
• Reason: no excluded applicants were presented during the application period.
• Selection system: competitive examination, open entry.
• Positions called: 1 Social Educator.

Qualifying Tribunal

The Decree of October 1, 2026, also designates the Qualifying Tribunal for the process, with the following composition:

• Presidency: Alicia Anguix García (titular) and Yolanda García Pisuega (substitute).
• Secretariat: David Simón Alcorlo (titular) and Cristina Tábara Alda (substitute).
• Titular members: Sonia Madrid Sardinero, Ana Isabel Pedroviejo Gutiérrez, Esther Domenech Acero, and María Ángeles Rajas Corralo.
• Substitute members: Ascensión Duran Seco, Laura Galvéz Herrera, María de la O Martínez Martínez, and Laura Somolinos Velasco.

First exercise on November 9

The resolution summons the applicants for the first exercise of the competitive phase, in accordance with basis 7.1.1. of the call:

• Date: November 9, 2026.
• Time: 10:00 hours.
• Location: Study Room of the Centro Municipal Integrado Eduardo Guitián (CMI), Avenida del Vado 15, Guadalajara.
• Requirements: bring your National Identity Document and a blue ink pen.

The publication closes the admission phase and starts the countdown to the tests. The 56 admitted applicants now know the date, time, and venue of the first exercise, while the absence of excluded candidates clears any claims regarding the list and allows the Guadalajara City Council to proceed without delays in a process linked to the 2026 public employment offer.
