Official publication following failed notification
The Provincial Delegation resorts to publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha and the Official State Gazette under the provisions of articles 44 and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The official text indicates that notification was attempted at the last known address without being successfully carried out, which obliges the Administration to publicize the extract of the resolution.
The document was signed in Guadalajara on September 29, 2026, by the provincial delegate, Sonsoles Rico Ordóñez, and is categorized under the section of other provisions and acts of the regional bulletin.
Access to the file and administrative appeal
Interested parties may consult the full text of the resolution and access the sanctioning file at the offices of the Citizen Protection Service of the Provincial Delegation of Guadalajara, under these requirements:
- Address: Juan Bautista Topete street, 1 and 3, Guadalajara.
- Hours: Monday to Friday (working days), from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Prior appointment: via email at dpgu.espectaculos@jccm.es.
Against the resolution, which does not exhaust the administrative route, an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed before the Director General of Citizen Protection. The deadline is one month starting from the day following that on which the notification is carried out, in accordance with articles 121 and 122 of Law 39/2015.
Impact for organizers and participants
The publication affects organizers and participants of bullfighting events in the province of Guadalajara, a sector with recurring activity in local festivals and with specific security and administrative authorization obligations. Notification via official channels closes the route of personal communication and activates the calculation of appeal deadlines; therefore, any interested party who has not received the resolution at their home address must pay attention to this announcement to avoid losing the possibility of appealing.
