Por FactBox Admin

The Court of First Instance of Granada has declared the voluntary bankruptcy of Solik Renovables, S.L. (in liquidation), which will be processed under the special procedure for micro-enterprises and without the transfer of a going concern. The resolution, issued on June 25, 2026, and now final, is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 187, dated September 28, 2026, under reference BORME-A-2026-187-18 (page 45453).
The announcement, registered in the First Section (Entrepreneurs, Registered Acts) under entry number 431636, includes three resolutions from the same insolvency proceeding 114/2026: the order declaring bankruptcy, the resolution regarding the debtor’s administration and disposal powers, and the order opening the liquidation phase. All of these originate from the Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance of Granada, Plaza nº 1, presided over by Judge Rafael Leones Valverde.
The debtor is listed with CIF B19622844 and registration data S 8, H GR 48914, I/A 9, with a registration date of 21.09.26. The heading of the announcement identifies the company as Solik Renovables Sociedad Limitada en Liquidación, while the text of the resolutions refers to the bankrupt entity as Solix Renovables S.L., with the same CIF.
Special procedure for micro-enterprises and liquidation
The order agrees to the opening of the special insolvency procedure for micro-enterprises, which will be processed in accordance with the specific rules of the liquidation procedure. The resolution expressly rules out the transfer of a going concern, meaning the sale of the production unit as a whole is not contemplated.
The special procedure for micro-enterprises is the simplified route provided for in insolvency regulations for small-scale debtors, featuring abbreviated formalities and shorter deadlines than ordinary bankruptcy.
Debtor’s powers and dissolution
- The debtor shall retain the powers of administration and disposal of their assets, but may only perform acts of disposal aimed at the continuation of the business or professional activity and adjusted to normal market conditions.
- The order opening the liquidation phase declares the company dissolved and opens the liquidation period.
- The declaration of bankruptcy is voluntary and the resolution is final.
Registry background of the company
Solik Renovables was incorporated in 2016 with a capital of 3,000 euros, domiciled at calle Londres 12 in Armilla (Granada), and a corporate purpose focused on electrical installations, according to its first registration. Its subsequent registry history includes:
- Expansion of the corporate purpose in 2021 to the promotion and construction of real estate and to administrative and engineering support services.
- Succession of sole administrators: Francisco Javier Carretero Martínez, Olga María Rueda Carralcazar, Daniel Fiñana Vilches and, since September 2025, Cristian Melguizo Gómez.
- Revocation of powers of attorney and statutory amendments throughout 2018 and 2022.
Impact for creditors and activity
The publication in the section of registered acts provides a registry record of the company’s insolvency status, making it enforceable against third parties and opening the liquidation phase already declared for creditors. The absence of a transfer of a going concern reduces the options for continuity of activity and points toward an isolated realization of assets to settle the liabilities.
